United Nations Geneva stamps year 1983 Paintings by Hundertwasser set MHN The United Nations Postal Administration (UNPA) office in Geneva issued a commemorative set of stamps in 1983 featuring the paintings of the Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser.
